The majority of our work has been, and continues to be, designed for cities. We are involved in various planning studies, large-scale competitions and masterplans for both commercial developers and public clients such as the National Trust, health trusts, local authorities and housing associations.

We have also been retained by several clients to advise them on estate and facilities management.

Most of these projects have been located on sensitive sites, and some have been in conservation areas have involved altering or restoring listed buildings.

As a consequence we have aquired experience and skill in dealing with the planning process. In over 25 years of practice we have maintained a 100% success rate in securing planning consents for our clients.

Our involvement in urban design has also led us to identifying and initiating development opportunities which have resulted in successful projects.

We believe that the ability to take the right decisions quickly at an early stage of a project has the greatest impact on its final capital and operating costs.
