Avanti Architects was appointed to carry out full repair and restoration of this Grade II listed student residential block designed by David Roberts in 1963. The building is developed around a traditional three-sided courtyard structure, housing 73 student rooms served through seven staircases.

The project involved the reconfiguration of the gyp areas and the introduction of common room facilities.
