Our involvement in innovative projects for radical clients, with the aim to achieve high quality architectural responses has enabled us to engage closely with current discourse in healthcare design.
We believe that healthcare buildings should be a synthesis of a deep understanding of the brief, the user client and the site. We approach each commission as an individual design challenge and tailor our response to the needs of the project. We also feel that the quality of the environment, legibility of planning, and the use of natural light, all play an integral part in clinical functionality.
Whatever the procurement route, we work closely with the client, their representatives and the building users to understand and be able to evaluate the medical and operational issues presented.
We have completed or are currently involved in projects ranging in size from £0.5m to £350m and work directly for Trusts, and/or both sides of the PFI process and other procurement methods.
