Avanti have been working with the North West London Hospitals NHS Trust continuously since 1995 developing ACAD and BECaD at Central Middlesex Hospital and working up proposals for the redevelopment of Northwick Park Hospital.

Avanti undertook the development and testing of a new model of care and schedules of accommodation. The building incorporates a new model for an emergency centre and a totally revised approach to outpatients.
PFI scheme
As part of the successful bidding consortium, Avanti, in association with HLM Architects, re-analysed the brief against the new site shape, meeting CABE and urban design aspirations as well as incorporating and developing the innovative clinical brief. Accommodation includes CCU/ITU/HDU, A&E, OPD, wards, children’s centre and renal unit. An ambitious arts project is underway, with several significant works completed.
